How it began?

Let me tell you first how it all began and what is actually going on here. Often I looked at all of these magnificent creators of documentary photography on Instagram and I was wondering: "If I like the documentary so much, we don't I do such a thing too?" Well the answer was simple: I never sticked my camera to me for 24/7 and so that's what I did for 2022.

Routine.

I made myself a rule: one lens (35mm), B/W, no cropping.

The only exception was that collage of people above.

After few days I haven't seen much of a story coming but after weeks, something started to arise. All the faces, events, pets and days I have recently lived through told one united story I have seen.

For some events I would probably never made memories without this ritual I am doing for this year. Now I hold every day in my hand which brings very special feelings to me, but one thing thanks to these photos is certain: life's great!

What yesterday would have been ordinary shopping in a grocery store with my friends is today storytelling of one big journey.

Most importantly these pictures hold this energy of the moments we had. For example this one: from technical library in Prague a week before final exam of our Master's.

As life goes on, events and memories with it. Mark my words I will keep you updated with new windows to my life.

Since I was bride's best mate and groom's brother I had a chance to see both bachelors'.

And because weddings are now casual part of my life, my chavales españoles came to Prague so we could together attend another one. Btw this is us playing Pokémon Go, which is our summer tradition.

This diary will also be valuable in terms of great a timing. I could capture my graduation after 3 degrees from two schools. So, bye studies.

Diary should contain both sweet and bitter moments.

You know I told you about only one lens, right? So I wanted to put to my diary the latest partial sun eclipse.

Some may expect that portraits are made just of people. But when you are surrounded by animals, they may pose you better.

As the year was approaching to it's end, celebratory time has come. To be honest this diary sometimes seems we celebrate 24/7 and I would say to this critique this: yeah!

The last day of this challenge was here and I was facing the ultimate question of this project. Shall I stop right here or continue? What's gonna be the outcome of this wonderful journey?
