Me, myself and I.

Hello there, I am Lukáš Kopecký, born in the Czech Republic and living in Prague since ever.

For 10+ years working in audiovisual industry such as visual communication, photography or filmmaking. Graduate of Master's of Photography and audio-vision and Associate degree of filmmaking.

That was a quick introduction of myself in a nutshell. As I mentioned, I graduated from Master's of photography and audio-vision in Prague in 2022. I also graduated in 2018 from higher vocational school of filmmaking from where I got Associate's degree of filmmaking. I began my path of studies on high school of graphic designs and fine arts in 2011.

Most of my works - both professional and personal - can be seen on this website where I would like to update them periodically as I work on new projects. You can also see my final projects from universities that I did as a part of my final thesis. For my Master's it is We are not that cool and for my Associate's it is In the name of the Republic!

As I mentioned the graphics I have studied on my high school I also do animations such as short films, music videos, info-graphical videos, motion design and all animated elements for classical videos.

Beside of all the other fields I work in, my main profession is photography - especially promotional and documentary one. My biggest documentary series is my Diary of 2022 where I am capturing my whole life in one year. All the other works can be see on my photo showreel on this website.

Since I studied not only practical fields but also commercial industry and advertising, I got very much skilled in such a field. I have attached a brief introduction to my work from advertisement here.

Among my skills after years of study and 10+ years of work I would also count storyboarding, storytelling, idea-making, brand identity, image improvement for companies or certain people, copywriting, strategy planning and everything connected to audio-visual communication, promotion and fine art.
